Job Description:

• 1) Tests and operates telephone equipment in telephone office that services lines extending between communities: Tests equipment, using voltmeters, ammeters, transmission measuring sets, impedance bridges, vacuum-tube testing sets, and other electrical measuring devices.

• 2) Records types and results of tests performed on worksheet.

• 3) Connects broadcasting equipment into telephone circuits in preparation for radio and television transmission service.
