Job Description:
- 1) Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in charging tracer bullets with powder and shaping them to finished dimensions: Interviews new workers and assigns them to work commensurate with their qualifications.
- 2) Assigns more experienced workers to train new workers.
- 3) Makes recommendations for promotion or dismissal of workers.
- 4) Directs workers engaged in repair of machines and other equipment.
- 5) Coordinates work of department with that of related departments.
- 6) Performs other duties as described under SUPERVISOR Master Title.
