Job Description:

• 1) Supervises and coordinates activities of workers in processing sugar-beet molasses, and in operating kilns to produce lime and carbon-dioxide gas used for carbonation of raw sugar-beet juice.

• 2) Directs workers in diluting molasses, mixing lime with solution, and recovering hot and cold saccharate cake and filtrate from filter presses.

• 3) Performs other duties as described under SUPERVISOR Master Title.
