Job Description:

• 1) Sells cosmetics and toiletries, such as skin creams, hair preparations, face powder, lipstick, and perfume, to customers in department store or specialty shop: Demonstrates methods of application of various preparations to customer.

• 2) Explains beneficial properties of preparations and suggests shades or varieties of makeup to suit customer's complexion.

• 3) May weigh and mix facial powders, according to established formula, to obtain desired shade, using spatula and scale.
