Job Description:
- 1) Tends machine that rolls slabs of candy to specified thickness prior to cutting: Turns handwheel to adjust clearance of rollers to accommodate thickness of slab without binding.
- 2) Starts machine and feeds slab of candy between rollers.
- 3) Reverses rollers to return candy for removal.
- 4) Readjusts rollers and continues operation until candy is rolled to specified thickness.
