Job Description:

• 1) Assembles and ties together charge bags loaded with explosives: Lifts bags from barrels and positions them on bench.

• 2) Joins and secures four tying straps over top of assembly.

• 3) Slips circumference gauge over completed charge zone to determine that size of charge is within prescribed limits.
