- 1) Twists round strips of dough to form into pretzels: Picks piece of dough from conveyor and holds one end between thumb and forefinger of each hand.
- 2) Flips dough into loop, and crosses and presses ends to outer circumference.
- 3) Arranges pretzels on tray for baking.
- 4) Records number of pretzels twisted.
