Job Description:

• 1) Tends machine that automatically dispenses cheese onto tortillas to form enchiladas or ground meat onto taco shells to form tacos: Fills vat with meat or cheese mixture and turns control knobs to regulate flow of filling through dispenser mechanism.

• 2) Presses button to convey tortillas or taco shells under dispenser mechanism.

• 3) Periodically weighs sample product, using scale, and turns knob to adjust dispenser flow to maintain specified weight of product.
