Job Description:

• 1) Inspects gas service lines and meters on customers' premises to detect tampering or improper use of gas: Examines meter case and meter connections for signs of tampering or improper use.

• 2) Pulls meter with both hands to determine if meter can be tilted, causing it to register slowly.

• 3) Examines visible gas lines and pipe joints for irregular connections.
