  • 3) Chops, dices, and grinds meats and vegetables.

  • 4) Slices cold meats and cheese.

  • 5) Arranges and garnishes cold meat dishes.

  • 6) Prepares cold meat sandwiches.

  • 7) Mixes and prepares cold sauces, meat glazes, jellies, salad dressings, and stuffings.

  • 8) May supervise pantry workers.

  • 9) May follow recipes to prepare foods.
