- 4) Slices cold meats and cheese.
- 5) Arranges and garnishes cold meat dishes.
- 6) Prepares cold meat sandwiches.
- 7) Mixes and prepares cold sauces, meat glazes, jellies, salad dressings, and stuffings.
- 8) May supervise pantry workers.
- 9) May follow recipes to prepare foods.
