Job Description:

• 1) Conducts research in environmental factors affecting forests: Carries out studies to determine what conditions account for prevalence of different varieties of trees.

• 2) Studies classification, life history, light and soil requirements, and resistance to disease and insects of different species.

• 3) Investigates adaptability of different species to new environmental conditions, such as changes in soil type, climate, and altitude.
