Job Description:

• 1) Feeds potatoes into flume that carries them to washing machine: Removes board covering flume to allow potatoes to fall from stockpile.

• 2) Scoops potatoes from edges of pile, using wheelbarrow, and dumps them into flume.

• 3) Adjusts headgates to regulate flow of potatoes into flume.
