Job Description:

• 1) Examines assembled truck trailers for conformance to manufacturing specifications: Measures parts and compares dimensions with work orders and blueprints, using steel tape, fixed gauges, and micrometers.

• 2) Inspects electrical wiring, following wiring diagrams and color codes.

• 3) Compares part numbers with assembled units to determine that undercarriage, braking system, wheels, tires, and latching support meet specifications.
