Job Description:

• 1) Repairs and adjusts electromechanical fare recording boxes used in buses and streetcars: Disassembles unit to locate defects.

• 2) Tests electrical circuit, using ammeters, ohmmeters, and voltmeters.

• 3) Inspects mechanical components and repairs or replaces defective or worn parts, using handtools and soldering iron.
