Job Description:

• 1) Tends machines that extract and pasteurize oils from citrus fruit juices: Starts machines, and turns steam valves to heat juice.

• 2) Observes steam gauges and thermometers and adjusts controls to keep temperature and pressure within specified limits.

• 3) Notifies supervisor of malfunctioning machines.
