Job Description:

• 1) Tends vats, tanks, and pumps to mix, store, and transfer flavoring ingredients for use in making casing fluid: Pumps liquid from tank car to holding tanks and from holding tanks into vats for mixing.

• 2) Adds specified amount of powdered flavoring to liquid in vat and admits steam to vat to blend liquid and powdered ingredients.

• 3) Pumps mixture into aging tanks or to casing machine storage tanks.
