Job Description:

• 1) Cuts candy into squares, using knife consisting of series of disk blades evenly spaced on shaft with handle at each end.

• 2) Dips knife in water periodically to prevent candy from adhering to knife.

• 3) May separate pieces of candy and arrange them on trays.
