Job Description:
- 1) Feeds and off bears automatic edging machines that grind and polish edges of rectangular glass or mirrors: Removes rectangular pieces of glass or mirror from discharge end of beveling-and-edging machine, turns glass over, and feeds glass onto conveyor of machine to finish other edge.
- 2) Wipes polishing compound from edge of glass.
- 3) Places glass or mirror on skid.
- 4) May work as member of team.
- 5) May be designated Beveling-Machine-Operator Helper; Straightedge-Machine-Operator Helper.
