Job Description:

• 1) Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in repairing and maintaining bakery machines and equipment: Analyzes service requests and assigns workers to activities, such as dismantling machinery and equipment, installing replacement parts, and testing machinery.

• 2) Monitors operation of machinery and equipment to ensure conformance to specifications.

• 3) Performs other duties as described under SUPERVISOR Master Title.
