Job Description:

• 1) Tends machine that rivets metal furniture parts together: Aligns predrilled holes in parts and inserts rivets into holes.

• 2) Positions and holds parts on die in machine bed.

• 3) Depresses pedal or pulls lever to lower ram and die hammer that flattens shank, expanding shank and joining parts.
