- 1) Supervises and coordinates activities of METER READERS: Verifies rates and addresses of new service accounts.
- 2) Reviews reports and notifies authorities of attempted diversions, defective meters, and other irregularities.
- 3) Investigates customer complaints concerning METER READERS.
- 4) Performs duties as described under SUPERVISOR Master Title.
