Job Description:

• 1) Operates drier, huller, separator, steel cutter, cooker, and flake roller machines to produce wheat and oats flakes, according to specifications: Adjusts slides in chutes and turns valves to regulate flow of grain to machines.

• 2) Adjusts flow of air to dry grain and feels grain to determine hulling capability.

• 3) Observes hulling process and adjusts speed of machines that remove and separate hulls from oats.
