Job Description:
- 1) Tends machine that aligns drop-wires used on loom harnesses: Loads drop wires in machine chutes.
- 2) Turns handwheel to secure electrostatic bar in machine bed.
- 3) Starts machine and observes operation for clogs.
- 4) Clears jams, using screwdriver.
- 5) Removes bar and wires from machine and replaces damaged wires.
- 6) Slides metal strip through drop wire eyelets to facilitate attachment to loom harness.
