Job Description:

• 1) Records brand marks used to identify cattle, produce, or other commodities, to facilitate identification: Receives applications for new brands and verifies against official brand records to prevent duplication.

• 2) Records assignment or reassignment of brands beside name of appropriate individual or organization.

• 3) Receives and records brand recording fees and submits brand certificates for approval.
