Job Description:
- 1) Renovates used cars for resale at used car lot: Inspects cars for noticeable defects, such as dents, scratches, torn upholstery, and poor mechanical operation.
- 2) Hammers out dents.
- 3) Polishes scratches and retouches with enamel.
- 4) Sews rips and tears in upholstery.
- 5) Cleans and vacuums interiors.
- 6) Washes and polishes exteriors.
- 7) Replaces missing or defective small parts.
- 8) Performs minor mechanical repairs and adjustments.
- 9) May inspect cars for compliance with state safety regulations.
