Job Description:

• 1) Tends machine that grinds sides of ceramic wall or floor tile to specified size and squares tile preparatory to shipment: Turns crank to adjust spacing between opposed grinding wheels, according to specifications.

• 2) Starts machine and places ceramic tile into feed device of machine or moves lever to grip and feed tile between grinding wheels.

• 3) Periodically measures tile to determine conformance to specifications, using rule.
