Job Description:

• 1) Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in centrifuging, granulating, and storing sugar: Sets timing controls on centrifuges for spinning, washing, and predrying cycles.

• 2) Observes operation of equipment and temperature and flowmeters to verify specified flow of product between stations.

• 3) Performs other duties as described under SUPERVISOR Master Title.
