Job Description:
- 1) Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in repairing, maintaining, and programming automated and manual welding machines and equipment in industrial establishment: Confers with engineering, quality control, and supervisory personnel and SUPERINTENDENT, MAINTENANCE to analyze and resolve scheduling, production, and quality control problems.
- 2) Trains and assists workers in trouble-shooting, maintenance, and repair of robots and automated and manual welding equipment.
- 3) Directs workers engaged in programming welding robots, programmable controllers, and other automated equipment.
- 4) Maintains parts inventory.
- 5) Performs other duties as described under SUPERVISOR Master Title.
