Job Description:

• 1) Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in processing slaughtering-and-meat-packing byproducts, such as tallow, hides, and cracklings: Trains new employees in operation of equipment.

• 2) Observes meters and dials to verify specified pressures and temperatures at various process stages.

• 3) Moves controls to regulate equipment and correct equipment malfunctions.
