Job Description:

• 1) Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in more than one phase of manufacturing jewelry, such as rings, pins, charms, and medals: Assigns workers to stamping, soldering, enameling, or engraving department.

• 2) Trains workers in methods of jewelry manufacture, such as model making, casting, polishing and stone cutting.

• 3) Inspects finished work to ensure adherence to specification, using sight magnifier, micrometer, and loupe.
