Job Description:
- 1) Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in servicing and promoting shipper accounts for parcel-delivery firm: Reviews records indicating shipper parcel volume, claims for damaged and lost parcels, and deficiencies in parcel preparation for pickup and delivery.
- 2) Discusses service to shippers with assigned representatives to develop plans of service.
- 3) Meets with, or directs representatives to meet with, shippers to resolve problems in wrapping and handling of parcels and relationships between firm's employees and shippers.
- 4) Assigns representatives to solicit prospective accounts.
- 5) Evaluates performance and productivity of workers and reports to management.
- 6) Performs other duties as described under SUPERVISOR Master Title.
