Job Description:
- 1) Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in making brooms: Determines utilization of equipment, such as seeding, clipping, stapling, and winding machines, required to meet production schedules.
- 2) Sets up and adjusts machines and equipment, using handtools.
- 3) Trains workers in broom making operations.
- 4) Requisitions materials and supplies.
- 5) Performs other duties as described under SUPERVISOR Master Title.
