Job Description:
- 1) Supervises and coordinates activities of personnel in steward's department aboard passenger vessel: Supervises workers engaged in housekeeping and meal serving.
- 2) Arranges space for shipboard recreation activities.
- 3) Inspects passenger areas for cleanliness.
- 4) Observes services rendered by steward personnel for conformance to company standards.
- 5) Collaborates with CHEF, PASSENGER VESSEL to plan menus.
- 6) Requisitions stores, such as food, sundries, and furniture.
- 7) Obtains replacements for personnel leaving ship.
