Job Description:

• 1) Controls panelboard to convey stemmed and redried tobacco from redrying machines into silos and to packing machines: Pushes buttons to start conveyors in specified sequence, according to daily production schedule.

• 2) Observes dials and gauges to route stemmed and redried tobacco from redrying machines, through silo, and into packing machines.

• 3) Observes panel lights for indication of malfunction and adjusts conveyors to regulate feed of tobacco into and out of silos.
