Job Description:
- 1) Dries phonograph labels in oven for use by record-press section: Obtains specified labels from stock and spreads them on drying racks of oven.
- 2) Turns dial of automatic timer to start drying cycle.
- 3) Removes dried labels from racks and separates labels by title.
- 4) Stacks labels on warming plates near record presses, according to production schedule.
- 5) Collects, sorts, and returns unused labels to storage at end of shift.
