Job Description:
- 1) Tends machine that grades fruit according to size: Changes chains and other driving gear according to type of fruit.
- 2) Directs workers engaged in loading of elevator belt and removal of graded fruit.
- 3) Cleans and lubricates chains, bearings, and machine gears, using rags and grease gun.
- 4) Repairs, replaces, and adjusts malfunctioning parts of machine.
