Job Description:

  • 1) Supervises and coordinates activities of CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES engaged in handling service orders and telephone complaints of customers: Monitors service calls to observe employee's demeanor, technical accuracy, and conformity to company policies.

  • 2) Recommends corrective services to adjust customer complaints.

  • 3) Answers questions about service.

  • 4) Keys information into computer to compile work volume statistics for accounting purposes and to keep records of customer service requests and complaints.

  • 5) Checks accounting ledger and order postings for errors.

  • 6) Performs other duties as described under SUPERVISOR Master Title.
