Job Description:

• 1) Sews sections of animal intestine to form casings for lunch meat and specialty meat products: Positions edges of dried intestines together, places strips of paper over intestines, and slides them under presser foot of sewing machine.

• 2) Starts machine, and stitches edges of liner and end of intestines to form casings.

• 3) Maintains count of casings sewed for company records.
