- 1) Inspects buildings, desks, cabinets, tables, and other wooden structures and equipment in establishments to ensure specified standards of maintenance.
- 2) Reports nature and extent of repairs needed or directs CARPENTERS, MAINTENANCE to make repairs.
- 3) Keeps records of conditions before and after repairs.
- 4) May make repairs within limits of preventive maintenance.
