Job Description:

• 1) Sorts usable pieces of cloth from cloth discarded after cutting, and cuts garment parts from salvaged pieces: Cuts out defects, using hand shears, following instructions on cutting ticket.

• 2) Positions pattern on material and cuts around pattern, using hand shears or electric knife.

• 3) Stacks garment parts according to size, style, and color.

• 4) May separate defective cloth according to color and type.
