Job Description:

• 1) Tends machine that molds thermoplastic sheets into plastic products: Places sheet on top of mold, positions sealing frame around sheet, and fastens frame to rim of mold, using clamps.

• 2) Pushes button to start machine that heats sheet, draws it into mold to form product, and sprays product with cool water or air to harden product.

• 3) Removes product from molds and reloads thermoplastic sheet into machine.

• 4) May trim excessive molding material from products, using knife, scissors, or bandsaw.
