Job Description:

• 1) Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in maintaining building utility systems, such as electrical wiring and control systems, heating, ventilating, water supply, steam generating, and related pipe systems.

• 2) Performs other duties as described under SUPERVISOR Master Title.

• 3) May compile reports of cost of completed work.

• 4) May inspect systems to determine preventative maintenance needs.

• 5) May supervise workers engaged in maintaining and repairing processing equipment and machinery.

• 6) May supervise workers engaged in maintaining buildings and grounds.
