Job Description:

• 1) Sprays protective compound onto chassis and underbody of automobiles and trucks to minimize rust and corrosion and to eliminate noise: Drives vehicle onto overhead rack.

• 2) Removes headlights and other accessories, using handtools.

• 3) Steam cleans or pressure washes underside of vehicle preparatory to application of protective compound.

• 4) Drills holes for interior spraying as required, using electric drill.

• 5) Sprays specified areas of vehicle, using spray gun.

• 6) Inserts plastic plugs to reseal holes subsequent to spraying.

• 7) Replaces accessories and removes overspray and excess seepage from body seams and joints, using cloth and solvents.

• 8) May mask painted or chromed surfaces to prevent exposure to undercoating spray, using tape.

• 9) May spray firewall, underside of hood, and interior of trunk compartment.
