Job Description:

• 1) Compiles schedules and control records on work in process in advertising agency to ensure completion of artwork, copy, and layouts prior to deadline and notifies staff and clients of schedule changes: Keeps schedules and records on work to ensure arrival of printing and artwork, as needed, and to ensure completion of copy.

• 2) Contacts vendors and notifies agency personnel and clients of changes in schedules.
