Job Description:

• 1) Assembles hard rubber tires and wheel rims for articles, such as lawn mowers and baby carriages: Places rubber tire into jaws of spreading device and depresses pedal to close jaws and stretch tire.

• 2) Positions wheel rim on spindle mandrel at center of tire.

• 3) Pushes button to open jaws that release tire onto rim and removes wheel from spreading device.
