Job Description:

• 1) Controls range to stretch and shrink sheets of tire fabric and reduce fabric elasticity: Turns valves and pushes buttons to start range, admit flow of steam, water, and finishing solutions to range units, and to regulate machine speeds and fabric tension.

• 2) Records information, such as fabric yardage processed, temperature readings, fabric tensions, machine speeds, and delays caused by range malfunctions.
