Job Description:

• 1) Records price, name of buyer, and grade of tobacco on tickets attached to piles or baskets of tobacco as tobacco is auctioned to highest bidder.

• 2) Signals purchaser to raise bids that are below government support price.

• 3) May perform other clerical tasks during periods between auction sales.
