Job Description:

• 1) Fills glasses with beer drawn from tap and hands filled glasses to patron or to worker who serves patrons.

• 2) Inserts hose couplings into fittings on barrel to connect beer tap and CO2 automatic pressure regulator to beer barrel.

• 3) Twists valve control lever to pressurize beer barrel.

• 4) Pulls tap control handle to pour beer.

• 5) Wipes bar and equipment with cloth to clean.

• 6) May wash and sterilize glasses.

• 7) May order and inventory supplies.

• 8) May wax bar.
