Job Description:

• 1) Supervises and coordinates activities of personnel engaged in selling tickets for scheduled airline flights in airline ticket office or terminal: Instructs and trains agents.

• 2) Adjusts disputes between customers and agents.

• 3) Prepares reports, such as volume of ticket sales and cash received.

• 4) Maintains records on data, such as weight and location of passengers, cargo, and mail to ensure compliance with load specifications.

• 5) Suggests travel itineraries for customers.

• 6) May reserve space for passengers.

• 7) Performs other duties as described under SUPERVISOR Master Title.
