Job Description:

• 1) Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in roller-printing of cloth: Analyzes production schedule and work orders and confers with supervisor to determine amount and type of printing specified.

• 2) Confers with department heads to coordinate printing activities with other departments.

• 3) Examines setup of printing machines for printing roller and color changes to ensure conformity to specifications.

• 4) Examines printed cloth swatches and compares with standard to determine if specifications are met.

• 5) Observes work activity and production records to detect variation from standard procedure or lagging production.

• 6) Directs workers to alter processing methods or sequence of production schedule to correct problems and ensure completion of work by deadlines.

• 7) Performs other duties as described under SUPERVISOR Master Title.
